The core features are free and do not add watermarks. Only AI features are planned as a future Pro expansion.
Are scans uploaded anywhere?
Scans are stored locally. They are sent to an API only when cloud AI is used, and that is off by default.
Can I edit existing PDFs?
Yes. You can add, reorder, and delete pages, and run OCR again.
